Follicular study - 19mm need advice

Am on my CD22 and have taken FS which shows ET - 9mm and RO one dominant follicle seen with 19mm. I have 3 queries 1. When will it be ruptured any idea 2. When should I take next scan 3. I had relation on CD21, should I hv relationship daily or alternate from now on. Need ur advice.
