My 13 the day result of follicular scan is LO -26mm,RO- 15,13mm,ET-8mm.. I have chances of conceive with twins?

Your one side egg is very big and other is small. I don't think there is chance of Pregnancy at all. Unless the egg grows and ruptures no chance of pregnancy
