As per sonography report they have mentioned that i have an follicular cysy in my right ovry with 17*16mm..please help me out wheter it will go their own or i have to went through surgery

Cyst size mentioned is small only follow up is suggested at present. Consult a gynaecologist for further evaluation and follow up treatment. Larger cyst which do not subside with time,require surgery
