Today is my 18Day and report says that my right ovaries follicle is raptured size 29*13mmlittle free fluid seen my Endometrium thikness is 9.6 and my left ovaries follicles measures 42*23mm & 33.7*30.5mm is it normal..... tell me what i do after this. how would i know my egg is collet sparm....

You can't know this . That 4 cm follicle in left ovary is a cyst.don't worry about that.it will generally dissolves itself. Wait for your next menses
