My kid 2. 4 months and he is having developmental delay and socialising and we did FRAT test and it's positive
(autism) and I heared leucovarine medicine is working
Can you please suggest doctor and how much we need to use and side effects
FRA test is down to diagnose cerebral folate deficiency. Which is 1 in million case.
Dose of folinic acid depends on weight for the child. Over doses are safe.

There are many other issues apart from this test in autism. Even if this medicine is claimed to help in speech, unless keep telling stories and conversations to child focussing on input speech, output speech is useless and meaning less.
