Flying during placenta previa

I am 13wks pregnant and have placenta previa grade b. No bleeding as such. Doctor suggested rest ( not completely bedrest). Is a 1hr flight very risky in my case compared to 6.5hrs on train plus platform stairs and journey? Trying to reach hometown for the next 2-3 months.
