Hello sir my name is hari krishna, hope you are fine , sir from last 4 years below around my left testis there is swelling I ignore it of hydrocele , I can press the swelling little bit it is pressible , but I read here in practo some people are asking it is testicular cancer, sir is it cancer or hydrocele according to my symptoms please tell sir
