Sir/Mam,,, My chest is not like a normal man. It is fluffy type...like water is in it...and neither its shape is like man....swollen to ends.....i feel very ashamed of this.....

I can understand your concern.
I would want to know more history and the run some tests, therefor my suggestion would be to consult a endocrinologist in person for further evaluation and management.
Also, Proper diet and daily exercise is also a must. Kindly consider doing that also.
