Recently I am finding that while speaking couldn't construct the exact words e.g. while explaining something to somebody. Need to take a little pause for finding a word even if I did know that word (I think, while writing that doesn't happen). Do you think this is a medical problem? What should be the further steps. Regards.

Please mention whether it is happening even while speaking in mother tongue. Then definitely a problem. Obviously if u r not native speaker things happens like this
