Fluctuating platelet after dengue

Dengue with bilirubin 3 on 23rd Nov . now on 20th December , bilirubin become 0.7 .but platelet is so fluctuating . one day 2.25 , then after 2 days 1.65 . one day 1.90, then one day 1.20. Please suggest .

Ur all platelet values are normal but 1st bilirubin s abnormal 2nd value is nrml ,so do the blood test after 1month in same lab ,take pappaya daily it I'll help to improve ur platelet level
