I developed tinnitus in the month of March. Did multiple PTAs and tympanometry. No abnormalities were found. It's fluctuating and sometimes all of a sudden it increases in any of the ears. My life is hell ri8 now what should I do. I am getting panic attacks for the same. I have been to e ENT specialist. Did an MRI as well nothing was found. I am also developing problems in my vision.
