Flesh coloured moles on penis

Recently i got 2 moles on penis one on main area and other on surrounding portion of penis lateron it turned to 4 moles 3moles on penis and last on surrounding area . I applied DERMi5 cream and mole on surrounding area of penis fade away but still moles on penis are still visible and turned flesh colour moles
