My flaccid penis size is 4 inch approx. And scrotum is also sagging most of the time that make bulge on pant. I feel uncomfort and humiliated in front of girls and others. They assume i have erection but it is on flaccid state. Plz any suggestions for reduce flaccid size not erected size. Or any trick to make normal.
