I have query that when erection happen full blood can increase penis size can flaccid penis has blood on it ya it is empty with blood that time ya some amount of blood always on it

During erection,the blood supply to penis increase and the corpus cavernosa ie tissues of penis get engorged and so penis gets hardened.
