• Curvilinear posterior transsphincteric perianal fistula noted on right side With internal opening at 6 o'clock position approximately 2.2 cm from anal verge with main tract coursing in right ischiorectal fossa measuring approximately 5 cm in length with maximum width of 6 mm and shows external opening in right lateral aspect of gluteal cleft. • Diffuse inflammatory changes noted in right ischiorectal fossa along fistulous tract The above result for 60 years old person. Does she need to go surgery or medication itself ok?? If went for surgery the probability of recurrence as per report???
