Fistula laser surgery.

Please suggest me what to do. I'm so worried about this wound healing. My doctor gives antibiotics for the first 5 days after surgery then after discontinues. Should I have to take antibiotics or there is a chance of recurrence

Yes... You will have to take medications again. Fistula surgery wounds get infected very easily. Have you gone for follow up to the operating surgeon?
