Hello I am Gaurav. I have had lateral internal sphincterotomy 3 days ago but still I'm having spasms when I try to sleep and also pain. I want to know is It normal to have spasm and pain for few days or my surgery is not successful.

Yes it's quite normal. Just ask your doctor to give some more medicines for spasm and pain to make it pain free treatment
