Dear sir, 8 months back i had some constipation problem and acidity. I went to the hospital and did tests time endoscopy and sigmaidoscopy, ultrasound scan. The results showed that i have acidity problem and fissure in ano. Ultrasound results are normal. I was undergoing some treatment and now i have a problem of pus coming from my ano during the day time. Currently i dont have acidity problem and also i am able to pass stools without difficulties. Can some of the expert guide me on the medication

Why exactly was a sigmoidoscopy done. Do you have any associated fever. Is there any blood passing along with stools. Fissure can be managed conservatively. Consult me online for further management.
