First IUI with 7 million ml sperm count

I had my first IUI but doctor said dont keep hope as my husband report was not good with 7 million ml count after wash and progressive motility was 35 percentage. Is there any chance of getting pregnant with this result? I have ovulated naturally. Prewash sample - count was only 9 million with 5 percent progressive strangely just 10 days ago it was 40 million , dont know what happen onthe IUI day
