My friend is 4 mnths pregnant with second baby, First baby is 4yrs which was normal delivery with the help of vaccum. She can't travel to India till August end because of covid. Taking Only folic acid with iron and calcium with vitD now. She has fibroid in right posterior wall (Maternal intramural fibroid) Measuring 7.4x6.4Cm now on july2nd but it was 6.1x5.9cm on may10th. 1) She sometimes has pricking pain on right side below but she says it's bearable. 2) Is it safe to travel india or wise to prefer delivery there? 3) Will fibroid make any complications if so what it is? 4) Her own brother daughter has down syndrome which they came to know only after delivery. Now she took double marker on 13th week, result is low risk but still she is afraid because her sister in law report also were no risk but baby born with DS. 5) Doctors there said there is high chances for preterm delivery which is stressing her more.. If it's so which mnth baby will be born and how it will b treated? Thank you
