Fibroid uterine diagnosis

It is a huge mass of 25 cm. I had done all the tests my reports are normal. Only as it is a huge mass slight displacement of uterus and pleural effusion moderate to severe on the right side of the lungs. I wanted to get treated in AIIMS bhubaneswar. Need an advice of a best doctors and surgeons in AIIMS Bhubaneswar.
