Dear Sir/ Madam I was pregnant with twins. It was my first pregnancy, my age is 34 years and it was natural pregnancy. However, at 21 weeks of pregnancy both babies got aborted due to preterm labour pain. After that I found a noticeable lump in the left breast. I met gynecologist for this, she advised ultrasound in which multiple lumps are found including that larger lump. Ultra sound report is attached for your reference. I had been feeling these lumps earlier but not as this big. Request to advise treatment for this as I do not want to remove it be surgery
