Fever with burning sensation in urine.

My aunt, 74 (Diabetic) has caught a cold with runny nose and dry cough with temperature. It has been a month since she has taken the 2nd dose of the Covishield vaccine. She also has a burning sensation while urinating. I had given her Fosirol yesterday as she has recurrent UTI. In the evening also she had a temperature of 101.1 degrees Fahrenheit with vomiting. Should i start with any other antibiotics  like Azithral/Clavam for sore throat and dry cough? As of now she is only having Paracetamol and Brozedex syrup.

Fosfomycin sachet 3g to be given once daily on alternate days ….. in total 3 sachets to be given…..diabetics generally tend to have a higher susceptibility to uti…. N for that strict HbA1C control should be there
