Hello,fever is the main symptom for all most all the diseases , usually viral infection don't sustain for months.Autoimmune infections can increase fever , some rare infections like brucellosis ,leptospirosis can also present with fever . Blood test for Autoimmune and other rare infections is required ,consult general physician.
