Hello..you have not mentioned about the duration of fever...it seems like viral fever considering your symptoms. .drink lots of water ..keep yourself hydrated.. Have food on time... I guess the swelling you are referring is lymph node enlargement... Meet a physician of symptoms are the same after 3 days. You can take paracetamol for fever in case of no CO morbidities and normal liver functioning..
