I have been suffering from runny nose and cough from 10 days and from last 3 days I am also having fever.I am always feeling tired and sleepy.Few days ago I have travelled alot so I think these are the outcome of traveling.

You need to take rest. Start taking Tab. Criz M 1 tab OD for 3days Tab. PCM 650 1tab sos ( if fever come) Take plenty of water. If your condition don't improve within 3 days consult local physicians for further investigation.
