Hi there...I highly dout your sexual exposure has anything to do with the fever unless you have any genital erosion or ulcer or burning micturition or white or pus discharge per vagina or inguinal swelling. The fever could be due to excessive stress or any bacterial or viral infection. It will need further evaluation. So kindly consult a general physician.
