My gf is experiencing swelling and pain in right knee from yesterday. she has high fever from today and also left shoulder pain. what is the diagnosis?

Hello there.  I can understand your concern.  What diagnosis are you talking about. Diagnosis are not made this way. A detailed history, clinical examination and some tests would be required to come to a diagnosis.  Its not simple. Hello...... One cannot diagnose the problem with this short history.. If she had no history of recent trauma it could be infection, either viral or bacterial ... Investigation is required to confirm.. Take her to general physician in nearest hospital.............
