Fever not subsiding post corona vaccinat

Hello, My father took 1st covid vaccination shot on Saturday 3rd April 2021 afternoon. He developed fever the night of vaccination ( 101) But from last 4 days fever is not coming down. He is only having fever (99.6) and not showing any other symptoms. As advised by some doctor he is taking CALPOL 650mg but fever is stagnant on 99.7. Please advise.
