I m following whole precautions but i am not recovering from fever ... Please tell me precautions and diet and medines to take ... Plzz I think I m covid positive

Do RT PCR Monitor oxygen saturation If fever paracetamol 6 hourly Take azithral 500 once daily for 5 days Tablet zincovit and tablet limcee once daily Gurgle with betadine solution and steam inhalation Plenty of fluids
