Feeling heat at under arms. measured temperature at armpit its 98.1f. feeling like feverish and based on doc prescription taking medicine azithromycin b complex pantac and cheston cold. do i need to get tested for covid19?

I will answer ur querry in two parts - For fever , are you having any other symptom , 98F is normal , for that you dont need to take medications if ur not having any cough or cold or headcache . If you have,  then we go forward accordingly , its not advisable to straightaway start antibiotics . For the Covid 19 test - you can get tested if you want even if ur asymptomatic , but if you develop symptoms then surely do .
