Covid test is negative on 2nd day, no contact with any from last 20 days. Crp, CBP, D-dimer)(tested on 7th day)  are normal. Used Azitromicin, Doxy, Ivernectin for 3 days and using Paracetamol from 7 days and C,  GYNCOVIT, CALCIMAX taking from 7 days. but when I skip 6hrs dose of Dolo then fever is coming back. Started using naproxen in the morning dose even temperature raising after 10 hrs. Started using budecort 100 from 2 days 3 times. SpO2 levels are all the time 96/97.  All above medicine took by a physician guidance. No other symptoms apart from fever, please suggest.
