I m hvng running nose and light fever and it is my first trimester.please suggest some cure. If I can take any medicine

if fever is not much don't take any medication and if it is little much more , Take paracetamol 350 Bd for shortest period possible. it is safest. For sore throat..take Honey or hot lemon water. For cold apply vicks vapourub. you can also use steam inhaler.
