I ve been having fever from 20 days I done blood test no dengue no malaria BT before platelets has 3.37 lakh and now is 2.3o lakh.. Y it's came down sir plz suggest me

Better you should consult immediately to any MD medicine Doctor in nearby hospital. Its not good to wait for it. Platelet can fall suddenly more. Don not wait
