I started feeling feverish the night of day before yesterday and started shivering. I took a paracetamol and ibuprofen tab( Zupar) and the fever settled and it has been doing that ever since... What medicine should I take to stop the fever. P.S. I have been suffering from diarrhea and upset stomach since last morning.
