Baby s nine mnths old weighng 10kg having fever fr past three days after she recieved her typhoid nd MMR vaccine.. Babys temperature s raising in eveng.. So doc prescribed mefenamic acid syrup 5ml only at night nd paracetamol 125 drops 1ml fr four tyms..im giving ts fr past three days..tuk boold nd urine test.. Bth are nrml..but temperature s 100-101.5 Nw after gvng mefanamic she s so chil..shal i gv paracetamol also..pls help..she s nasueatng frm eve..wat i hv to do fr ts..

Hi, Give paracetamol for fever 6 hrly if temperature more than 99.4 deg F Mefanemic Syr only if temperature more than 101 deg F. Give Syr Emeset 2.5 ml before food for nausea and vomiting
