My 4.5 yr old daughter has a fever for more than 3 days which goes as high as 103 and also then comes back to normal body temp... we consulted the doctor 8 days back fir same reason and he gave us adol and Brufin... blood test were negative.... now she gas fever for 3 days.. pls suggest asap

Syp crocin ds 5 ml every 6 hour, plenty of fluids and consult a pediatrician again for further evaluation
