Fever for 2yr baby

Hello sir..My daughter got fever around 103 since 2days..I gave used calpol ..But temperature not reduced..Then I used meftal p ..After that it will be down ..But when she slept some time ..The temperature will be high ..She was very dull..And she was not Abel to eat anything..Give me your suggestion please..

No suggestions please visit your pediatrician , let him have a look of your child. Examination is always gold standard to find out the cause of fever. Fever Medicine will work temporary to bring down fever but it's going to rise again. Whether it's viral, bacterial needs examination of patient.
