HELLO, PARACETAMOL 500ONE TABLET THREE TIMES A DAY. PLENTY OF LIQUIDS. VEGETABLE SOUP, TOMATO SOUP GIVES YOU RELIEF N ENERGY. O.K BYE.

Hi, Paracetamol 500mg is safe , but I recommend you to consult your doctor if your fever doesn't come to normal in couple of days. You can use Belladonna 200 Homeopathic pills also for your  fever.
