Around 12 days back I have wrist surgery. Doctors insert some plate From last 3 days I am having fever of around 100 which starts feeling from 2 in afternoon and remain till 11 in night. I am also diagnosed for sjorgen syndrome 3 months back for that I m taking HCQS300. I am having problem of intermittent low grade fever before surgery. But after
