Fever , cough occurs within every 1-2 months , mild anemia with hemoglobin 10.6 , weakness , continuous pain in legs

Love when you're the first thing is your immunity have to be increased... I will suggest you to take the tablet for your low levels of haemoglobin if you have got a peripheral smear test done to find out if it is irom deficiency... The symptoms of weakness and pain is related to this anaemia only...thank you
