Feeling very low and fatigue, having serious body ache, feeling like fainting all time, due to cold there is problem in breathing also,...... I am taking paracetamol twice ar day and azithromicine n citizen once a day.... With ors solutions twice a day... But didn't get relief.... Plz consult me
