My 8 yrs old having fever 99.5 F , should I give her imoal? she had fever 100 F last night then I gave her imol syrup. now in morning she is having 99.5 F

Give pcm if fever 100F or more...wait for 2 days... Plenty of liquid orally

Wait for 30min and measure temperature after 30min if it is increasing then give paracetamol as per dose.
