My baby is 2 yr old,his weight is 10 kg only,today morning suddenly he have a fever,and vometing,didn't want to eat anything,started crying,he didn't doing potty today,today i visited Dr.he pescribe me Taxim O and paracitamol.but still i am worried.

Sont worry continue same tou can give sy emeset 2.5 ml thrice a day for vomiting
