He falls sick after every 2-3 months. It starts with sour throat followed by fever. But this time it was fever followed by sour throat. No medicine taken yet. Whether throat culture swab test is required.

do salt water gargling twice a day,avoid oily foods,drink more water preferably hot water....consult physicians they will help you regarding treatment as medicine can't be prescribed online regards
