Fever and loose stool
I am having moderate fever since last 2 day and loose motion (3-4) times a day... Vomitted once.. Diet is somewhat normal... Have taken combiflam 1/2 two times yesterday to control fever.. Pls suggest the cause and remedy...

I can understand your concern.
I don't think half tablet does anything.
Any medicine you take ,has to be taken at the right dose for it to work well.
If not, then don't take at all.
As of now, you can take a tab. Dolo 650 thrice a day after food for 2 days and cap. Cyfolac forte thrice a day after food for 2 days.
If you do feel like vomiting again, you can take a tab. pantakind-D once a day half an hour before food.
