Fever and head & body pain since 3 days

I got fever 11th evening with severe body and head pain. I took 2 paracetamol tablets 12th and took proper care. Next day I felt the fever was very low but pains are still there. I couldn't sleep properly night time and frequently get thirsty. I feel the fever is still present Inside as I feel like eating anything. Please suggest me. Thanks
