My son is 15 months old and since sunday I noticed that he was coughing  and had disturbed sleep and since last night, he got high temperature. I also noticed that his right eye is watery. Am worried if it is a serious flu. What are flu symptoms ?

hello der symtoms are fever cough rhinitis watering of eyes consult paediatrician for further evaluation and treatment.
