Fever after Panchkarma massage

Hi, my hubby started Panchkarma Virechan treatment...today is a first day of massage... Now he got fever...can anyone tell me why he got fever, temp is 99.9...given Dolo 650 tab now....I am tensed in this situation, so please tell me...thanks in advance
