I am 23 weeks pregnant and my level scan shows fetus feet is medially rotated. Why does that mean and whether i should be worried?

Dear ,dont worry Its normal movement may be ,it varies with time Any query u should confirm with gynecologist but dont over think ever never Don't read any health related issues on google u wl get more worry
